Why The Hennick Group Exists
I started The Hennick Group because I kept seeing the same story: dedicated staff, talented teams, important missions, and technology that was supposed to help them - but instead created confusion, risk, duplicative work, and wasted investment.
The problem was typically two fold, the technology itself (or lack thereof), and the gap between the people leading the organization and the technology systems meant to serve them. Teams were independently finding "work arounds" to solve technology shortfalls, Leaders were making decisions without understanding the root cause or their options. Technologists were building solutions without understanding the mission or day-to-day workflows. And nobody was closing that gap.
That is what we do. We bridge the gap between leadership, people, processes, and technology. We help organizations align their technology investments with their mission, optimize workflows, strengthen cybersecurity, improve data management, and build systems that support the way people actually work.
